Websites not opening from local network

Hello. There are 2 computers in the local network, the first is connected to the Internet and distributes it to the second. Problem: the second computer does not open all sites (does not respond), and the first one normally opens all sites.

Your problem is likely simple. But this simple problem has many facets.
1. The second computer may be infected with a virus that, for example, adds several dozen additional routes to the routing table, you can check by carefully viewing the output of the route print command. Or another virus that added entries to the hosts file.
2. The DNS that you specified in the interface settings of the second computer does not work normally, you can check it by replacing it with the public dns google 8.8.8.8.
3. Problems with the wire that connects two computers.
4. If there is a non-standard firewall on the distributing computer, then there may be one more.

what does "not all sites" mean? Which ones open and which ones don't?

First of all, look at what nslookup says on the computer where it does not work, about these sites (which do not open), i.e. what ips are resolved
