How to set up two channels static ip and pppoe in OpenWRT?
Good afternoon.
First, I'll describe the situation.
There is a router with openwrt installed, and access to the home network.
There are 2 providers in the house network, one provides access via pppoe to the second static ip.
The second one is used as the main one, but unfortunately it is not stable.
So the task is to configure openwrt so that when accessing the network through the second provider, the first one is connected, and the second one is periodically checked for availability.
complicating factor, I can not figure out how to make 2 connections for one physical wan port.
tell me what to read to figure out how to do this? (very preferably in Russian)
this article seemed closest to me

but I still don’t run into 2 connections from one physical ethernet port and I don’t understand if, when pppoe is turned on, it will be possible to check the availability of the network from the second provider without breaking pppoe.

There is a multiwan package in OpenWRT. I recommend to smoke the wiki of the project, there is more than enough information on most issues.
Try creating a WAN2 interface on the same vlan as the WAN.
To check the channels, I recommend in your case to use not the DNS providers, but some external host.
