I use mini.webmoney.ru/ for quick transfers, checks and the like. But sometimes you have to switch to Windows or run a virtual machine.
Virtualbox is banned only if the passport is lower than personal, if I understand correctly. Well, in any case, I had virtual boxing for about six months and I was not banned :)
