I have a problem with the webcam on a Lenovo Ideapad 320ISK laptop. The camera is called EasyCamera.
The camera is in the device manager, and it says that everything is ok with it. When you open the Camera application, the indicator that the camera is working lights up, but instead of the image, there is a black screen. I tried to reset the camera settings through the settings in Windows 10, but got nothing. I had this problem after setting up the camera in the opentrack program (it is so that when a smartphone is connected to a PC as a VR headset, head turns are tracked, even without a gyroscope, but it does it through the camera).
I tried to install this program again and set everything up again, but again - nothing.
Please tell me what else you can try, and is it possible to somehow completely reset the camera settings, can this help?
