Web server config?

Good day, tell me what is the best solution for a web server up to 25k hosts
There are 2 options
1. This is J1900 + 2GB + 60GB SSD
2. This is G3220 + 2GB + 60GB SSD + 1TB HDD
All this will be backed up every day to a separate storage

The optimal configuration is determined by:
1) Planned load. "25k hosts" is not planning.
2) Cost. It is unlikely that ssd costs as much as ssd + hdd.
3) Easy to replace with a more powerful one.
In your case, it is better to look not at the Dedicated, but at the VPS.

why not G3450 + 8GB + 2x120GB SSD + 1TB?
but purely from the point of view of practicality (and less hemorrhoids) I would choose this
