What good inexpensive multi-channel transistor assembly (max 5v input, min 12 output, power is not important) can be used to control the IRF540N?

IRF540N does not open well at 5 volts, it is desirable to open them with at least 7 volts, a compact assembly is needed to control a bunch of IRF540Nok. I ask for advice from those who are in the subject. The board is something like a multi-channel driver for everything (tapes \ motors, etc.).

PC847. At the same time, the decoupling of the controller from the outputs.
For LEDs, it is better to use a switching current source controlled by low-frequency PWM.

There are transistors for IRLxxx logic.
For engines, it may already be necessary to block the driver, and just for a powerful load.
A bunch of npn + pnp transistors, which will give 12 V to the gates?

For your purposes, this assembly ULN2003A should be suitable
