Can you please tell me how to start a career in web analytics? At the moment, I am mastering Google analytics and Yandex.metrics on my own, but in order to get a job as a web analyst, a superficial knowledge of the tools is not enough.
Is it realistic to get a job as a web analyst right away, having a desire and no experience (and what is needed for this? Read something or look like some courses) or is it better to look for internships where experience is not required?
At the moment I work as a system analyst, but I really want to switch to web analytics.
