Waterproof Bluetooth headset?

I'm looking for a good waterproof bluetooth headset. In terms of water protection: I most likely will not swim in them, but they should withstand a shower and a fall into the water. (As far as I understand, IPX7 is the appropriate level of protection for such cases.)
Another requirement is the ability to comfortably use in a scenario when only 1 earphone is inserted (relevant for listening to audiobooks / podcasts in a situation where you want to hear your surroundings).
From what I've seen so far, I like the Sony sbh70 the most, but what annoys them is the type of earphone they resemble apple earpods and therefore do not provide good sound insulation.
Other interesting options I've seen:

But they both do not particularly fit the criterion of comfortable use when only 1 earpiece is inserted.
