Bluetooth headphone with Transparent mode?
There are bluetooth kits for wired headphones, prices start at a couple of bucks.
There are also decent modules, such as Ugreen Bluetooth 5.0 Receiver for 18 bucks.
Are there any similar modules with noise reduction and bypass / transparent mode so that you can use headphones while driving a car or bicycle, but hear what is happening around?
There are such headphones, but I already have good wired headphones and only the module is enough for me.

Noise canceling only works when it's inside the headphones.
In the case of each earphone there is a microphone that listens to the noise of the street directly in front of the ear, and a special algorithm reduces this noise by sound in antiphase.
You can not make a universal bluetooth receiver that will give noise reduction for any headphones.
Is it possible to drill a hole in each earpiece, install a microphone there and drag the wires from the microphones into the bluetooth receiver.
