How to share internet from windows to android via bluetooth?

The laptop comes with an internet cable. I paired and connected the android smartphone to the laptop via bluetooth, turned on the bluetooth hotspot on the laptop, and in the settings the android connected to it. As I understand it, now I have an isolated connection to the Internet and to the phone on my laptop. How to give bluetooth network adapter internet access?
