Windows 10. How to understand why Bluetooth is constantly turning off?

Bluetooth began to turn off \ turn on every few minutes.

  • The troubleshooter doesn't help.
  • Advice from Google to disable power management BT has already applied, to no avail.
  • I tried devices, the behavior with all is completely the same

Every time BT falls off, an entry appears in the event log:
Windows cannot store Bluetooth authentication codes (bond keys) on the local adapter. Bluetooth keyboards may not work with the computer's BIOS during boot.

Has anyone encountered this? Can you somehow diagnose what is the root of this problem?

In general, the problem is really that the neighbor's Wi-Fi conflicted with my BT. I switched to a dongle, turned off BT altogether and the problem went away.
