Is it worth it now to add local fonts to the create-react-app project of eot, woff, ttf types, or is it possible to do with a simple connection via a link from google fonts?

In most cases, if Google has the font, it's enough to include it.
local fonts are needed when either Google does not have a font, or when there is no access to Google (for example, an intranet), or there are fears that Google may not be available.
