Want to make my own website?

Good afternoon, the idea came up to create your own personal website with 1-3 pages, post your notes, links, in general, any useful information there. I would also like to implement access to the site only with a password.
Since I am still very green in this business, I would like to hear a couple of tips on how this can be implemented. Or a couple of useful links =)
ZY . knowledge is enough for html, css and connecting php mysql. That's all :)
