When connecting via localhost, there is a small delay, 3-4 seconds, and then the page only opens.
This is when connecting to *.php, there is no such thing to *.html.
I installed apache, php didn’t have this separately. The script opened instantly, taking into account the fact that there was still a connection to mysql and data extraction was going on
