How to add a new PHP version to Wampserver?

Installed the PHP 7.4 addon for Wampserver on Windows Server 2012 and rebooted the computer, but the new PHP version (7.4.2) did not appear in the Wampserver menu. Additionally, I installed the 32 bit version of wampserver as it was indicated in the warning during installation. Prompt - what to do to start using the new version of PHP?
PS I decided to check if my hands were crooked and did the same procedure on Windows 7 (wampserver was also installed there without PHP 7.4) - everything works. Why doesn't it work for 2012?

Manually added settings to wampmanager.ini (the last two paragraphs of the instruction ), which, as I understand it, are responsible for switching between PHP versions. Now the language versions switch and work, but the switch is not displayed in the menu (the checkmark remains next to PHP 7.1.6). If you have suggestions on how to fix this, then I will be grateful that you share them.
