Wacom Intuos Pro - How to make a motion blur effect on the cursor in Windows?

I have an iMac. When working with a Wacom Intuos Pro pen tablet on macOS, the cursor moves very smoothly, with a slight Motion Blur effect. My young man set it up for me in macOS.
Recently had to install Windows. I noticed with horror that in this operating system the cursor moves intermittently, without smoothing. How to enable it?

In the mouse properties there is a checkbox "show the trail behind the cursor", this is roughly the same Motion Blur as in Photoshop, only animated.
