Is there a difference between different editions of the MCSA course?

Good afternoon! Gentlemen, experts, I became interested in the issue of obtaining the MCSA certificate. I read the Microsoft website, looked at the courses and noticed such a moment. There are different editions like C, D, etc. What is the difference between editions?
Let's say that courses 20410, 20411, 20412 are freely available on YouTube, but, for example, in edition C.
At the moment, edition D is on the Microsoft website and courses for money are everywhere in revision D. But every year there will not be some fundamental difference in certification? Those. Is it possible to use the records of courses for the last year, and then go for change?
I do not understand the meaning of these editions in the training program :) please clarify.

The newer the course, the larger the letter. With updates, the product changes a little.
