VS 2019 underlines any Russian characters....?

Greetings. VS underlines all Russian words wherever they are (comments, lines). Everything compiles fine, but this underlining is terribly annoying and I would like to get rid of it. I climbed superficially, didn’t get far, I don’t really want to spend a lot of time on the trial, I think people here are more experienced.

I would be grateful for help in getting rid of this.

install a spell checker, then underlines will be very useful
