Is there a way to install Modeling (UML) projects in VS Community 2015?

In earlier versions, there was an "Architecture" menu in which you could create any UML diagrams.

Not in early, but in paid Ultimate versions. There is no built-in community. You can search among the plug-ins for the studio, but personally I have not come across such ones, at least among the free ones.
You can use third party programs. To build class diagrams in C #, I use NClass - free, with the ability to generate code and get a diagram from an exe file.
