What is the easiest way to send a command (CMD) from a smartphone to a PC via the Internet?

I have TeamViewer installed, but with it, I can only do this through control, i.e. open the console and manually send the command I need, but this is inconvenient. Prompt, please, the simple ready decision.
Through CMD, I need to call the AutoHotKey script, or perhaps open the script directly, if possible.

Create the necessary batch files in advance or use an ssh connection instead of teamviewer and work through a remote terminal. The second option is hardcore, but in the future it can be very useful.
