Configure solution explorer to see higher level folders from sln file location?

How to create or put a file which is not in solution explorer?
The project structure
sln file is located in the win32 folder, if you create classes there, then this is fundamentally wrong, because they should work for all platforms, the same with assets.
The res folder for platform-specific resources is also not visible there. The created classes sculpt everything in one folder instead of sorting by folders, in general, an incomprehensible interface.
