1) connect the ISO installation image with Windows to the virtual machine: doc.ispsystem.com/index.php/ISO-images
2) load the virtual machine from it
3) open the virtual machine's VNC console: http://firstwiki.ru/index.php/ Download_by_VNC
4) run the installation.
