How to install Visual Studio C++ 2015 Update 3 (x86) via GPO?

Good afternoon.
There was a problem updating Skype on the network. the old one ordered to live long. I have a domain on Win2k8 r2. Through gpo I deploy a new version (7.33) - it installs normally, but then there's a snag. 2 libraries are missing for work: msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dll. They are installed along with the installation of Visual Studio C ++ 2015 Update 3 (x86) - but for small soft ones I can’t find the .msi distribution kit anywhere, only .exe files, which is not suitable for deployment through gpo. There are also libraries themselves - but, accordingly, there are no rights to copy them to the SysWOW64 folder on local machines.
Can anyone tell me how to install Visual Studio C ++ 2015 Update 3 (x86) via gpo, or copy the necessary libraries via gpo to SysWOW64 on local machines?

Executable files are installed via GPO by creating appropriate scripts at user startup/registration. In your case, you need to use the script at startup, it is executed with administrative rights.
