VPN on multiple devices breaking Golden Shield?

Looking for a decent VPN for multiple devices (Win 1 & iOS 2). The whole point is that in the near future it is planned to move to Shenzhen and in China, not all VPNs work normally.
I used to use ExpressVPN, but the speed from China was just hellishly slow. I want something fast, without logs. I'm looking for the most anonymous option.

Determine if the detection goes with getting into the traffic or not, try to set up a VPN on port 443.
