How to share vmware esxi 6 or VM via VPN?

Hello. Help with a recipe.
What is: A server with vmware esxi 6 in the office behind NAT and a router.
There is also a home VPN on the asus n66u router with a static ip.

We want:
Forward vmware esxi 6 via VPN (make DMZ in the router on a local VPN connection)

P.s. I think this is done through the OpenVPN Appliance VM, but I didn’t figure it out, if so, then maybe someone can sketch out the manual
