Do you need software to set up an IPsec vpn tunnel?

Need free software to raise vpn between two networks via IPsec connection, what do you recommend?

to all platforms, everything can be quickly configured with the mouse.
Checked, works stably.

os-zerotier is a shareware virtual private network. Zerotier.com network controllers are used to connect devices. The free version allows you to connect up to 100 devices and an unlimited number of networks. On a windows machine there will be a client that will connect it to the server on which you define the network, set the addressing, generate keys, configure the firewall and much more there is a lot of everything.
Another option: ipfire ( https://www.ipfire.org/)put it on a virtual machine or on some machine, and then there are setup videos on the network (although not many) if you use openvpn, that is, on YouTube there is a video of networking step by step, and on setting up ipsec on their website ( https: // wiki.ipfire.org/configuration/services/ipsec).
