How to sync via VPN?

I have a Synology DS212 NAS in another office and have a VPN server based on Windows Server 2008.
Is it possible to automatically synchronize over VPN at night?

the other office with US has a connection to the office where is win2008?
Or look, maybe there are some plugins for US to raise the vpn client.
And then put a folder synchronization program on a Windows machine and let it synchronize win2008 with us.
