Such a question, I have one stick of RAM (ddr3 for 4 GB with a frequency of 1.600 MHz and a voltage of 1.35, is it possible to put two sticks of RAM (ddr3) (4 + 4) with a frequency of 1866 each but they have a voltage of 1.5. AMD Athlon X4 870K processor, 500W power supply?

See the motherboard specification if it supports the ddr3l format and just ddr3.
Naturally, you cannot combine different formats together
