At home there is a server based on windows server 2019, it is connected to vps with ip - 10.0.0.2, hyper-v is used on it, and two systems are already raised there, ubuntu and windows server 2019, ubuntu has an internal ip - 10.0.0.3, Windows - 10.0.0.4. Now the question is how to do it so that when you go to the ip address of the vps from the global network, an html page with a choice of virtual machines opens, you can select a specific one, enter your login and password, and you are allowed to go to the desktop via vnc directly from the browser.

(For example, how it is implemented by some hosters, where you can get access via vnc directly from the panel)
