VMware Workstation ruins hardware?

On the Internet, many write that Windows 10 monitors users, slows down the computer and breaks the hardware. I've been using Windows 10 since Technical Preview 2015 and have seen critical crashes a couple of times in my life. The system works the way it should work.
However, VMware Workstation is killing the computer. This assembly was assembled in 2019. Everything works perfectly. But one has only to start virtual machines and the system turns into hell. For half a year of operation of virtual machines, the system fell into the blue screen of death 50 times, and how many files were broken on the hard drive.
At the same time, when working with conventional programs, this effect is not observed, all the problems are in VMware Workstation virtual machines.
Why does Vmware work terribly and can it run normally on Windows?

VMware Workstation ruins hardware?
- Not.
If VMware Workstation does indeed work with errors, then you have an old version and there is a patch for it.
Windows 10 monitors users, slows down the computer and breaks hardware.

The first and third are correct. But what breaks iron is partially true. At me from ten the screw (hdd) on a dustbin has departed. If you install the top ten on hdd, then there is a constant access to the screw, it cracks terribly, and is constantly 'loaded' at 100% (you can see it in the task manager). And it's not just me, the whole Internet is full of these messages! Tested on three screws. On ssd the flight is normal.

I have been using VMWare products since 2004, including Workstation, and have not observed the problems you mentioned.

No, it doesn't break. You are not using it that way.
Personally, I have no problems with win10 ltsc with disabled superfletch and antivirus. And with the disk, too, pah pah ... and virtual machines are spinning non-stop ... with debian, by the way
Check the hardware. It's not like that. Since she had fallen into your bsdos before
