Vivaldi strange mouse behavior?

I have been using Vivaldi for a couple of months, and almost immediately I noticed one oddity: often the context menu appears only when you press the RMB again. At the same time, the company's resources are not heavily loaded, there are no performance problems. And in general, such a glitch occurs only in Vivaldi, in the same chrome, even with 40 tabs, nothing like this happens. Maybe it's the developers so protected from accidental pressing? But it doesn't make sense for the right button.
