Browser plugin for navigating heavily loaded sites

In England, it often happens that at six o'clock in the morning an online sale of something begins at very nice prices, only under the weight of a crowd of freeloaders, the seller's server immediately starts working through a stump deck, i.e. refresh. Are there special plug-ins for the browser (any) or any other solutions that allow you to squeeze through the hungry crowd to the online counter, i.e. improve the "responsiveness" of the server? You won't be able to write a script, because it is not known in advance how the forms will look.

The plugin only adds features to browsers that are already available to the user.
Example: Plugin for fast Twitter posting - the user can go to the site, but the plugin allows you to post something faster.
Returning to your problem - if the site does not provide the ability to "improve server responsiveness", then the technical implementation of such a plugin / script is impossible.
