Visual studio 2013 text editor slows down on good hardware, how to fix it?

I needed to debug one project on VS 2013 Express, which I haven’t worked with for a long time, installed it and ran into a problem that I can’t overcome in any way.
When I edit the project (cpp file), it's just terrible brakes. For example, when I hold down the arrow key, moving between characters or lines with a second delay.
The same is true when typing or formatting text. I poke the cursor in an arbitrary position, it responds only after some interval. Not work but hell, some!
At the same time, if I create not a project, but simply, for example, a text file, everything works fine.
The machine is normal, Win7 x64, i7 4-core, 16GB of memory, the system is on the first SSD, VS on another SSD. In addition, everything flies. Tried with both an external video card and an internal one - the effect is the same. Antivirus (Casper) completely disabled (including application control, etc.).
IntelliSense disabled in the settings. Also text editor settings, all suspicious ones are disabled.
Exactly the same behavior in a pure virtual machine. I also noticed that even the menu starts to slow down after loading the project (any one, even a stub). In the process lists, the studio constantly bursts 12-13%, while one core is almost constantly loaded at 100%.
What can be wrong?

@Ajex

I solved the problem, removed the studio, all the net framework, reinstalled the site from the site with all the updates, the flight is normal.
