Why do you need such a mat. pay? Are you going to overclock or what? It would be better to take the usual one for 2-3.5 tr. and with the money saved, they bought a larger SSD.
In general, if the budget is limited, then it makes little sense to take top-end SSDs like M5P, 840 Pro, it’s better to take “medium” ones like Plextor M5S, Crucial M500 (or MX100 when it appears in the Russian Federation), etc., the difference is not noticeable, the only argument in its favor it can only be that the M5P has a 5-year warranty instead of 3.
You don’t need a 750W PSU, there will be 400-500W with a margin.
About the possible disadvantages of taking a PSU with a large margin:

I don't know which cpu cooler to get
If you don’t care about noise and won’t overclock, then you can leave the standard boxed one.
If you won’t play games, then you can use the built-in i7, it should be enough.
Not an assembly, but a misunderstanding. This motherboard is not needed here at all. Leave this one, take a normal inexpensive Micro ATX mother for it, the case is also small, expand the disk to 256, then it will increase its speed, sell the video card, and take the power supply unit for 400W with passive cooling. And it's easy to put a passive radiator on the processor cooler. For change, you can also expand the RAM or take a large hard drive for file storage.
And there will be a small micro-ATX computer without a single cooler, and it will be faster and cheaper than what you described above.
You would take an ordinary satash disk for backups. And that's not enough.
instead of your hellish memory, take a cheap one from the same kingston, but not 8 gigs, but 16, it will be much more fun for the desktop and you can get rid of the swap file
