I was interested in the topic of protection against the theft of wallets, as well as from its loss. They can steal it from an open pocket and from a jacket that hangs on a hanger in a public place. There are many options.
As for me, the most reliable option is a sensor that is invested in a wallet and connected to a smartphone via bluetooth. As soon as the phone or the sensor move away from each other at a certain distance, they both turn on the siren. The battery lasts an average of 6 months. I found the following options:

And the cop starts rummaging through all this. "Is your passport in order? Give it back" - "Well, you gave it - we have the right to look - what if there are drugs or something else ..." There were no problems, but it was very unpleasant. Since then, a passport is just a passport, without a cover or anything inside.
3. A gypsy woman's cell phone was pulled out from a friend on the bus. This moyent received a call on a mobile phone - she heard a familiar ring tone. The gypsies jumped out and scattered. About the same way the whistle-fake you ask about should work? Not even - it would have worked when the bus doors were closed, and the bus drove off, and the wallet (or SMART) was left with the gypsies at the bus stop.

Firstly, it makes no sense to always carry all your cards with you. In fact, it turns out that only one is needed (well, or you can bring yourself to such a state that only one is needed).
You can carry less money - the amount that you don’t mind losing just like that. No one needs a wallet, it will most likely be thrown around the corner - it will be possible to find it by sensors. But there won't be any money.
There remain all sorts of VHI policies (they are now a card and it has become convenient to carry in a wallet) - they are also quickly restored. At the same time, you can carry the all-Russian one separately or even store it at home (and carry it only if you lose your VHI policy).

Соблюдаю несколько простых правил:
1. Не пользуюсь кошельком. Не то чтобы у меня его крали. Просто привык без него обходиться.
2. Все ценное только в нагрудных карманах, либо внутренних карманах куртки. В крайнем случае, боковых карманах штанов. Ничего не хранить в задних карманах.
3. Стараюсь как можно меньше светить деньгами и другими ценностями. Достаю только то, что нужно и когда нужно.
4. Не держу все в одном кармане.
