AVG began to swear at the fact that they say you have IRC / BackDoor.SdBot4.HBP on your flash drive.

Googled, did not really understand anything, what kind of virus is this? Or is it just some file responsible for sending mail (T-Mail \ tncnt.exe) mistook for a Trojan?

T-Mail is a program for dialing (in addition to the client-bank, it was also used in Fido). Perhaps the heuristic module just noticed the TAPI calls and panicked.
