Virus Total swears at 10% of all Windows files. Or does he find Trojans in all his programs?

I decided to check the files on the virustotal service. With 10% he finds something. I don’t understand the search procedure at all, the red color and the word trojan blackdoor scare me.
For example, the hello_word program, calling a function through a dll. Contains

And so any of your projects. Everywhere some kind of trojan. I don't understand, is the compiler something broken? And take down Windows?
