A large number of pages not related to the materials on the site (CMS Opencart) appeared in the metric.

I downloaded the site, checked it with Casper, CureIT, VirusTotal - everything is clean, there are no folders along these paths and no files either?

In your metric, the server response is 404 - not found, this is normal for non-existent pages.
Alternatively, one of these links may be the key that opens the backdoor. And someone sorts out his bunch of keys.
And it's not a fact that you have such a backdoor on your site.
PS Or someone is parsing pictures from you
