It often pops up, I checked the PC for viruses with all kinds of antiviruses, everyone is silent!
there is nothing in hosts either. Can anyone come across?

Do you mean pop-up windows in browsers informing about alleged vulnerabilities/viruses?
There are 2 ways to deal with them:
1) Go to a specialized forum where experts will provide you with advice and help you remove the culprit - the " Virus Destruction " section of the Kaspersky Lab fan club forum.
In order to get help there, you need to follow simple rules (download and run the autologger file, as well as follow simple recommendations as you collect logs) and attach the required log archive.
2) Install Internet Security security software (for example, Kaspersky Internet Security 2015), where you can set up blocking unwanted banners and ads using both built-in anti-banner lists and additional custom ones that are regularly updated by enthusiasts).
