Where might the mintme banner ad come from?

Hello.
I am developing a website. Recently only on this site a banner began to climb 5d54084d5c3a0370921512.jpeg.
1. According to the code of the left js connections, I even deleted everything from the page, only the head title and body remained, the banner appears.
2. Interestingly, the banner appeared on my computer only three times in all two weeks, but the client constantly climbs out.
3. I thought about an ad-virus, but the fact is that the banner is only on this site and not on any other.
Where else could this bullshit come from?

Basically, this was my case .
The file /bitrix/js/main/core/core_loader.js is just left. Checked on my other sites, it was not there. I renamed this file (I was not sure that it was the left one) and everything was gone.

Install the module from Bitrix "Trojan search" marketplace.1c-bitrix.ru/solutions/bitrix.xscan
On the hosting, connect the ImunifyAV (ex. Revisium) antivirus or transfer the site to the hosting where there are anti-virus checks
