Has a virus threat been detected or what is happening on a virtual machine with ubuntu?

Windows 10. It has a virtual machine with Lubuntu 14.04
So, while the virtual machine is turned on, the antivirus periodically yells into the ears “A virus threat has been detected!” and points to vmnat.exe and this address:
158.69.201.22/ip
How can I find out what is constantly accessing it on the virtual machine?
Actually on that page external ip is displayed
