Smart ass Trojan on Android, what to do?

In general, the story is like this. Naively, without looking at the comments, I downloaded the Troika application. I hoped that there would be no official viruses, but it was not there. Now pops up ads in full screen on top of everything and everyone. I tried to clean it with the web doctor, avast, malwarebytes, the effect is zero. Deleted the app and cleared all caches. As I understand it, only a complete flashing through the application on the PC? Or any ideas? Thank you all in advance for your reply.

Factory reset will help if you don't have root (superuser).
