Samsung j700h absolutely no space?

The phone is flashed, a hard reset has been made, etc., etc. When connected to a PC, it shows that the total memory in the phone is 1GB. In the file manager, it displays 4GB of which 3.96 is occupied. i.e. an empty system without a single application and 35mb is free on the phone, which is rather strange, there is no way to open an elementary camera. In theory, there is no garbage there, a reset was made, it was just re-flashed.
