Virtualization on hetzner?
Hello, I want to try myself as a hoster on windows. I will take the server from hetzner EX60 tariff.
1. Panels from ispsystem: VMmanager KVM, BILLmanager (Besides them, what else should I use?)
2. OS: windows server 2008 r2 (pirated). Will there be problems?
3. The server has 2 processors, 8 physical cores 8 virtual ones total: 16 cores, 48GB of RAM.
I plan to keep ~20 virtual machines there, KVM virtualization. ~ 1-2gb of RAM per virtual machine (2 cores) Confuses
the core frequency of 2.6 GHz, and whether the hard drive will pull so many virtual machines (It's just that on a home PC there is 100% load on the hdd drive in idle mode). Most likely I have an even with a hard drive

What's not clear I said in this thread Hetzner maximum virtualization? ? Repeat a second time?
Just in case, I repeat - there is 1 CPU, there are no 16 cores there. In addition, the CPU is old, slow and with a disgustingly working HT, due to which the CPU degrades in a stupid calculator at a load above 75% below the level of the disabled HT.
SATA-II disks will not carry 20 operating systems that do not know anything about each other. Maximum - containers will work at the very least (openvz is the same).

Depends on who you're selling to. If customers don't snitch somewhere, then nobody cares.
I have 1 servo left on the hatzner. As soon as I transfer the services of Mr., the local machine will be denied altogether.
Yes, hetzner is a low-cost airline, but the quality of the iron leaves much to be desired.
Earlier in the tribes, the old people left the tribe to die in the mountains. Servers, apparently, go to die in hatzner.
As a sandbox and a development server, under conditions of good redundancy, they will do, but I would not deploy production on their servers. Zadolbalsya screws to change.
