Virtual box x64 bit?
I downloaded VB, but only 32-bit systems can be installed there? I am getting acquainted with the system for the first time, is it possible to install a 64-bit version of the OS there?

you can, when creating a new virtual machine, select the type: Microsoft, Linux, Mac, Other and then version: 32 or 64
