Well, here you need a baremetal service that costs the cheapest of those that I know of $ 40 per month. It's only 2 cores and 4 gigs of RAM.
There is another option to buy your own hardware (not necessarily server hardware) and place it in a data center. I won't say the price tag, but it seems cheaper.
Why virtualbox? If there are a bunch of hypervisors that consume less host machine resources? Proxmox, KVM, XCP-ng, etc.
If this is for some kind of experienced crafts, then why post it somewhere?
If this is still an enterprise, then you simply type a VPS with the necessary characteristics and connect them with a network.
