How to migrate VM from Proxmox to VirtualBox?

Hello.
There is a physical server with Debian 8 + Proxmox 5.1 installed, 2 Windows 2008 and Asterisk virtual machines work in Proxmox.
You need to move these two virtual machines to another server that has Ubuntu 18.04 + VirtualBox installed.
In short, move the VM from Proxmox to VirtualBox.
In proxmox, VM backups are made, they have the vma.lzo format, virtualbox does not understand this format. Tell me if there are ways to transfer the VM so that everything works?

Vma files can be unpacked by the utility of the same name, in principle, and this is not a disk image, but a specific archive format that is not suitable for exporting virtual machines outside of proxmox. I think it's worth reading https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/VMA
To transfer, you need to take a disk image and convert it to the desired format.
PS Virtualbox, by the way, is not the best choice for production.
