Video wall. How to run multiple browsers on specific screens?

There is a video wall, consisting of 3 computers, each of which is connected to 3 monitors (9, respectively, in total). The main task is to display data from Zabbix and it is required to launch a browser kiosk on each monitor and open the desired page.
The question is, how best to do it?
OS - Win10, but by and large it doesn't matter.

You can use displayfusion and bind a specific application to each screen.
