Viber chat link does not open. How to fix the error?

Previously, there was a link to a chat with a bot in Viber. It was built into a button on the site. The link used to look like this:
viber://pa?chatURI=blaiztattoo&context=welcome
Now it just doesn't open on mobile. Writes: "Unable to access the site. Could not find the IP address of the pa server."

Now I added a deeplink value to the code: viber://pa?chatURI=blaiztattoo&context=testscar4=welcome and so on. Doesn't work either.

Tell me, please, what is the problem and how to fix it?

You need to look at the app settings on your phone. Apparently, earlier links of this kind were opened by the application, but now the association has fallen off and the browser is trying to load these links.
