Vagrant not working on windows?

Why does it react the same way to all commands:
2017/07/21 12:47:05 launcher: detected 32bit Windows installation

How do you program at all if the line "detected 32bit Windows installation" doesn't make you think.
What bitness does your OS have and which vagrant (32 or 64) did you install?

The same fnya. 32bit XP system, 32bit vagrant installer 1.9.7, virtualbox 5.1.24.
I installed an older vagrant 1.4.3 ( https://releases.hashicorp.com/vagrant/1.4.3/) - purely for experimentation and it more or less works, though virtualbox also needs an older one.

I confirm the information from porque-yo . System 32, the new versions of the vagrant did not go, I started installing the old versions one by one, version 1.9.5 was started.
